The below EdgeStar beverage coolers are controlled by a mechanical thermostat that can be manually adjusted to suit your needs. Please refer to the below instructions.
Temperature Adjustment Instructions
BWC90SS and BWC120SS / BWC120SSLT
For EdgeStar models BWC90SS and BWC120SS / BWC120SSLT the thermostat adjustment is located within the light fixture housing as noted in the image below. The thumb dial can be adjusted from 0-7 with 7 being the coldest temperature setting. Adjust the setting to 1 for the warmest setting and increase the # settings incrementally in order to cool to the desired temperature.
BWC70SS
For EdgeStar model BWC70SS the thermostat adjustment is located on the lower left back side of the unit as noted in the image below. The dial can be adjusted from 0-5 with 5 being the coldest temperature setting. Adjust the setting to 1 for the warmest setting and increase the # settings incrementally in order to cool to the desired temperature.
