Prior to submitting a support request or calling us, it is recommended that you review the help articles, troubleshooting documentation and videos found within this help site. Oftentimes, answers to common problems and questions can be found without having to make a phone call or submit a service request.
Please be sure to take note of your warranty status prior to submitting a service request or contacting us via email or phone. Typically, items that are more than 1 year old will no longer carry a valid manufacturers warranty. Refer to your original product documentation and order information for specific details. Please note that while a servicing fee and or shipping fee may apply, we will do everything we can to provide service and support for items that no longer are within the warranty term.
