Why will my CWR361FD unit not power on?

The CWR361FD unit is a french door wine refrigerator. The power button on this unit can easily be bumped to power the unit down. One light tap is all it takes. To power the unit back on, it requires a little more effort. These units require you to hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn the power back on.
